Who We Are

Meet Tiffany Hall, Owner and Clinical Director

I’m a trauma therapist and EMDR provider that specialize in helping high-achievingwomen and femmes unlearn survival mode, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with rest, joy, and a sense of safety in their bodies.

My work is grounded in somatic therapy, attachment healing, and parts work — approaches that help clients move beyond talk therapy and into real, embodied change.

Clients often come to me when they’ve hit the point of “I can’t keep doing this like this.” They’re tired of feeling anxious, disconnected, or on edge, even when everything looks fine from the outside. Together, we slow down, notice what’s happening in the body, and build new pathways toward ease and wholeness.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer EMDR intensives and specialized support for clients navigating perfectionism, burnout, and trauma recovery.

My clinical perspective has been featured on the Therapy for Black Girls Podcast, Balanced Black Girl Podcast(now known as She’s So Lucky), and 21Ninety, where I’ve spoken about rest, nervous system care, and the unique emotional load carried by Black women and femmes.

When I’m not in session, you can find me dancing, exploring creative rituals, or writing about play, rest, and healing.
